Shipping FAQ
How long will my order take?
Every Makerteez item is made to order. There are two stages to every shipment:
- Production (print & fulfill): 3–7 business days. Your item is printed, quality-checked, and packaged before it leaves the facility.
- Transit (carrier delivery): 3–7 business days for standard domestic shipping, depending on your location and the carrier assigned to your order.
Total estimated time from order to delivery: 6–14 business days. These are ranges based on observed fulfillment performance and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
When will I get a tracking number?
Tracking information is emailed to you once your order ships. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder. You can also view your order status at any time by clicking the "View your order" link in your order confirmation email.
Why does tracking show no movement yet?
Carriers can take 24–48 hours to scan packages after pickup. If your tracking link is active but shows no updates, give it one business day and check again.
What if my order is delayed?
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated window, we'll reach out by email with an update. You're also welcome to contact us — include your order number and we'll look into it right away.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Address changes can only be made before your order enters production. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address.
My order says delivered but I haven't received it — what do I do?
First, check with neighbors and around your property — carriers sometimes leave packages in unexpected spots. If it's still missing after one business day, contact us and we'll help resolve it.
